Poscader

is a brand new self catering studio St Ives apartment with a separate sleeping area. It was built in 2010 and its first season as one of St Ives holiday apartments began at Easter 2011. Poscader has been built and equipped to a very high standard and it offers stunning views of St Ives harbour and across St Ives bay to the North Cornwall coast.

There is an attractive decking area with al-fresco dining facilities and outstanding sea views. The sea is only half a minute walk away.

This St Ives apartment is under a minute's walk from the sea and is ideally located for access to the harbour and Porthminster beach with its half a mile of golden sands. Porthgwidden beach, a wonderful sun trap, is only minutes away and just a little further walking will take you to the surfing beach of Porthmeor. It is also only a short walk into town where you can enjoy some of the finest restaurants.

The apartment is furnished in a tasteful contemporary style. There is a king size bed and a sofa that converts into two single beds offering accommodation for a couple and up to two children.

The railway station and pay and display car park are only three minutes walk away.
